Asan CAmpus Tour ( as of date of post )

AND...Up till now..this is my story..

now i am staying at cheon-an campus of sunmoon university, there's asan campus which is the main and bigger campus..so much bigger..lol...
i arrived at incheon on last wednesday morning, then took a 2 hour airport cab to cheon-an..
On the first day nothing much happened..had orientation at the cheon-an campus ..
However on the 2nd day, due to the food served in the cafeteria, a bad diarrhea attacked 요.ㅠㅠ and then..that same night,,a fever attack came....
i ate like 4 pills of paracetamol that night..together with the diarrhea medicine...and the next morning, got a bad headache..
the food i ate was like kimchi style....kinda spicy..didn't think it suit my stomach...
and the next night , fever developed again..sigh.ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

the first 2 days was horrible for me..could not enjoy my stay...
anyway, i went to jongno-gu on last thursday for another orientation at national institute for international education development
Actually , up till now, my stomach is still upset.. today, after touring asan campus of sunmoon university, i went to my university medical service center and got myself some diarrhea medicine, and my teacher said he would bring me to the 병원 if my condition doesn;t get better. ^^

oh yea..on last sunday, i went to yongsan-gu in seoul city to get some electronic gadgets^^
i wanted to buy a handphone, but couldn't yet..because i still don;t have bank account or my foreign registration number yet..
hopefully by next week^^

anyway..i love the weather here..it;s cool...not too hot..it's definitely cooler than malaysia..haha
The only thing i kind of dislike now is the korean food prepared by the cafeteria..coz it made me fall sick..lol
so i avoided the kimchi cooked-food..and ate the rice and soup..in the morning..i asked for bread instead of the rice...bread seems to be more of my style when i was in malaysia..sigh..guess my body isnt acclimatised to the food yet..lol

anyway, will let u know my cell phone number as soon as i get one^^
i have my own room phone number. it's 041-529-1833(Due for change)...i live with a few other international students in my room..one from mongolia, and the other 2 from uzbekistan
the mongol speaks english only,..but the uzbekz speaks fluent korean^^ but limited english -.-
the meal times here are..kinda early..8-9 for breakfast, 1130-1230 for lunch and 530-630 for dinner..lol

during meals , all the students in the campus come to eat together..that's the time to know other students..there are like students from everywhere..korea,china,japan are the 3 major ones..and..the rest nneeed not be said more..lol


that';s it for now..gonna go play basketball..or..something or rest..^^
Oh ya..will meet my korean friend..Kim Jae Hong after dinner later^^
and class starts tomorrow..july 1st^^

My Farewell before i head for a New World

Hi again~..Today is another historical day..
But u know what..it's 4am now..
and i am so sleepy...gonna edit more of this post when i;m in Korea later^^

current time 10.00am, okay i'm doing this quick ..gonna go off soon to kl..

Our life can be described to be like driving on roads full of cars.
Along the road, we meet and coincide with each other.Then there are cars which follow by us..and there are times also we follow the cars in front of us...At times , some of the cars stop at traffic lights..make illegal turns , breach traffic rules and so on.
We also meet lots of different cars..size,weight,length,brand,colour,etc
We may like some of it..while we would be disliking a few of it...
Friends we meet are those cars which follow each other for some time..while acquaintances only for short while,...Good friends are the cars who have almost seem to bump and move along with each other for a long time..
But somehow, at a point,no matter how far the cars have followed each other, those cars are bound to split up and head their own way...


My farewell was totally a wreck-heart moment..

At the beginning.....

Hi all...this is going to be my first post...
Let's get it started~^^

Today's the 22nd of June 2008..12.36a.m
it's just 4 days before my long new journey ahead...
Earlier in the day, I had some kind of relatives' reunion..
Erm, my godfamily came all the way from KL just to have a dinner..well..it went well~^^
My 5th ,6th,7th,8th Aunt also joined for this one of a kind reunion before i head for my studies in Korea.
Prior to this, alot of things happened(unexpectedly...>.<) Firstly, the news..big one..and i mean it BIG, really huge. Around the end of May, on a day, i think it's a tuesday morning...lol, I slept REAL late the night before..and was sleeping and out of the blue, around 8am i heard a phone call ringing..and nobody was home, i am sure , cause all the cars aren't parked in front of my house...and i woke up still in half-sleep mode + semi conscious brain which is yelling me to head back to sleep asap.. i picked the phone up...and whollaa...i heard this vividly ...' good morning, this is the korean embassy. it is to inform you that you have already been chosen as one of the scholars for the korean government scholarship program. congratulations to you' and just immediately, my head went blank and zip----------- okay, that phone call was actually the 2nd time i received the phone call from the korean embassy. In fact i HAD already received the first good news which told me that i passed the preliminary stage of the scholarship. Then again, i was told that i might have to go to KL for an interview process. Well, guess what..that didn't happen.....it was only a month later, when my hopes of getting the scholarship almost vanished, that phonecall , certainly WOKE me up ! zip----And back to it.. i was in complete astonishment+daze+surreality... What is it? yeah...that's how i thought for the next 10 minutes.. i was totally awake for the whole day..i wasn't sure if i was happy or excited or what, God-knows.. But definitely , it's what people call Lucky Fate, and that set the change in my future forever.... 4th of June, at the korean embassy at jalan ampang,kl..what was i there for? yeah, it is the scholarship presentation day. My parents and i drove all the way to KL ..and stayed a night over my godfamily's house for that occasion. Well, the event was a simple one. Also, there was a press conference..the korean ambassador,Bong Ryull Yang had his speech ,..and i remembered towards the end of his speech, he said we,the scholars are going to be Koreans ourselves after 5 years in Korea. So there it was...basically what happened before today..and what lies for the future, it's gonna be recorded here..right here..^^

Aight, it's getting late. Tomorrow morning, A bright Sunday morning..My last day at the Korean Weekend School, gonna miss those old and young Korean peeps ...and also my last day of football at polo..with my hometown buddies whom i had played with since..like 4 years ago? that was long right? darn..gonna miss it~T.T
