The SMTOWN Concert was considered a success , besides the downpour and slips by some of the artistes.
This time around the DBSK and Suju fans did not really remake the nightmare of Dream Concert, they just remain calmed quite 'silent' when SNSD appeared.
DBSK fans didn't really cheer, at least from my perspective, the DBSK fans around me, ALL girls, just sat and watch quietly. But, they did not turn off their cheering light , most suju and dbsk fans showed their maturity there that night.
As quiet as it is, the power of SNSD's fans are truly to be admired. Even with a small number of us, and mostly spread around the stadium, S♡NEs become ONE and cheered for SNSD everytime they appear on stage. Numbers doesn't matter at all and this proved it. Snsd's chants could be heard around the stadium.
i happen to hear some girl fans around me cheering and calling out for 'onni' , and 'tiffany'. And there's a guy who wore a shirt with Seohyun written behind the shirt.
Everything started around 5.05pm,
the first few openings i could remember were from csjh's Dana's solo and an old guy and suju's sungmin playing guitar together and singing some oldies.
Then comes, snsd appeared for 'mickey' dance, my friends and i don't really dare to 'cheer loudly' because there were only a few of us, surrounded by reds..however we did shouted some words of encouragement at the end of that performance.
2nd up was Complete, i couldn't remember snsd performing any 'complete' on stage live but it was great. this time the fans sang along together with the flow of the girls.
I wasn't aware of their rendition of Isak and Jiyeon's song, only told by my friend before the concert , i wasn't sure what it was, however we just cheered for them and they did a great job of the rendition.
After that was some Xanadu musical play and DBSK performance.
After 1 hour from the start, Taeyeon appeared on the centre stage of the stadium, much to our delight! As i was near the front stage, i ran back towards the centre stage..yeah..ran, with the other fanboys to catch a closer glimpse of Taeyeon the Umma leader! and omg! she's so cute even from back and she's such a midget, small size but still stunning! she wear a black with some silverish dress which suit her well with the song 'If' , and of course we chanted her name and sang along too!! ^^
and after that performance was just kinda boring..lol, obviously because no snsd..
that's for the first interval, at the end of the first interval rain started pouring and there were a 10/15 minutes break , and they showed recaps of all the smtown's artiste MVs , from the first artiste during the 80s? 90s till today, the latest of which , Shinee.
The 2nd interval of the almost 6 hour concert started with mostly DBSK and Suju performing after each other. Well, my friends and I had nothing much to do, so we just enjoyed ourselves and supported their performance.. and of course the fangirls are jumping all over, even ahjummas..-.-
Around 8 something , SNSD performed Kissing You remix, but they were at the far end of the stage , so i resulted to looking only at the big screen in front of me..
9pm, i remembered, was SNSD's main performance! and all of us jumped to our feet. At that moment i could see more 'hidden' snsd fans showed themselves.
First up of the medley of songs was Honey , then Into the New World. Most fans are looking forward to Into the New World performance , as they have not seen it for quite some time.
After that was Girls Generation, the Angtal dance came alive together with the energetic fanchants..woot!
then, Ooh Lala performance and the last of the medley Baby Baby~
certainly made 소원s jumping on their feet ^^
CSJH members performed interchangeably, with each of their 4 members showing their solo prowess.
and also some group singing their hits.
Then came Hyoyeon's solo dance , which came after DBSK Yunho's dance which mesmerized not just DBSK fans but my friends and i. The DBSK fans were shouting at the top of their lungs, i could barely hear anything but their shouts..-.- Anyway , HYOYEON , the DANCING QUEEN showed her mettle and it awed us all^^ slick moves~
around 10pm, BOA appeared , and since it was her first appearance in a large crowd since end of last year, she gave some talk much to the delight of everybody in the concert. She even asked 'Do u like me better or do u like DBSK more?' lmao, and the fans went loco.
then came her performance, showing why she's the legend of Asia's entertainment
Before the end of the concert which ended close to 11pm,
SMTown family all appeared on stage..this time , the fans couldn't hold any longer , breaking through the barrier tape set up and to the barricade, the closest to the stage. I was no exception.
and when snsd and the other artistes walked towards the centre stage , we followed them , like an eager children..rofl
at the same time , rain was pouring quite heavily, but that didn't dampen the concert's spirits, everyone was WET but it made the atmosphere HOTTER.
for the record, SNSD's sunny, sooyoung , tiffany, yoona and seohyun was once a FEW metres from me~ and oh yeah! enjoyed with my life^^,
And as much as SNSD fans enjoyed themselves, it was purely <3333 to see that the girls enjoyed themselves fully with those bright bubbly faces^^ truely was a pleasant experience.
